Hi there!

It's 11:11pm and I've been replaying John Denver's 'You Fill Up My Senses" video over and over.

It's such a wonderful love song and tonight, it perfectly fits my mood of being completely in love with my life, my world and with you.

It's been a day and a half. And I won't go into the stories. My son sleepwalking, kinda, at about 1:25am and me not being able to go back to sleep. Until about 11:00am and then fitfully.

Dream fragments, three in total, two of which I still don't understand and haven't been able to follow-up with the persons involved. The first of the three played out by 1:40'ish pm to the 't'.

That was great. I've been asking my Angels to speak more clearly and to let me know what is going to happen more directly and in practical ways that help and assist in real ways.

The dream fragment warned me of something happening that I knew was coming but dreaded, then I got guidance as to the exact words to say to the persons involved.

Despite the last minute temptation to say something different, the guidance strongly repeated what I was to say and the situation worked out smoothly for all concerned.

That left me with a cared-for feeling that has lasted throughout the day. And it has bolstered my confidence because I'm taking up two new projects at one time and feel a bit wary, even if passionate and excited...

Both projects depend heavily on me following my guidance and that the guidance be clear so that it's helpful to those concerned.

I've taken on the theme, Beingness, of 'effortless action', even more deeply, lately. No strain. No stress. And that's how I'm choosing to create the two projects. This despite whatever illusion of difficulty or stress that tries to insert itself between my picturing of my reality, the way I want it and how it manifests.

Continuing the ramble about the day's in and outs, without the boring details: Another evening of no political updates via television, so I filled the gap reading HuffPost, followed a link to YouTube and eventually wound up at, 'You Fill Up My Senses'... John Denver...

Update, M, 20/10/08, 7:24pm: I've been meaning to write a few soul mate relationships articles, so I started with one on this enlightened spirituality articles page.

Hi,

My son was watching TV in my room and some screechy paper he was playing with woke me.

I couldn't go back to sleep so turned on 'puter with intention to add a few articles I wrote to my inducing consciousness and enlightened spirituality membership area.

When I typed in 'g' to get to my gmail addy, I accidentally clicked on my Meetup Goddess group that I'd joined some time ago. The weird thing is that just yesterday I made a mental note to go in and set up a meetup for the Angelic cosmic healing, inducing consciousness Jamaican group that I'll be facilitating every first Sunday.

So I thanked my Angels and proceeded to change email, add friends and start setting up the meetup...

Then I got distracted, got into Facebook and started going through some stuff there. Joined a couple groups, one of which had an interesting post about 'Love is being vulnerable' by Leeca.

She started off by sharing the following C.S. Lewis quotation:

“To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything, and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one, not even to an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements; lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket- safe, dark, motionless, airless--it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable.”

During the course of the ensuing discussion, many viewpoints were shared. When Leeca posted again about heart vs head and one's state of awareness in love, I shared this:

I feel that every dance with relationships, on whatever level, allows the possibility of dancing with Self at a deeper Soul awareness.

As we experience Self within, we open to see, acknowledge, love all Selves without. The interaction, whether with a beggar at a street light, a rapist or lover, deepens, embraces the wholeness and divinity of the other.

As we clarify who we are as Essence, Source, we see, experience and know that Soul level interaction is one one hand the height of vulnerability, but on the other, the deepest expression of the Oneness that we all are energetically.

So:

Who Am I?

Who Am I in relation to all other expressions of Life Itself?

What is my life's purpose expressed playfully, passionately with lots of fun each day?

As we clarify and deepen our Soul level understanding and awareness of these questions to do with the most important relationship with Self, we deepen the possibilities for true Soul level interaction with all other Beings.

Ok, I'll stop now to go add at least one of those articles... I'm feeling sleepy now though, so maybe that will be later since it's already 'tomorrow'.

Good morning Greetings from Jamaica!

I just finished doing my daily morning inner work and remembered that I haven’t posted for a bit. So I asked my Angels to tell me what they wanted to say.

The reminder is about this month of October and indeed the next few months. I wrote/spoke about this in my September, 2008 “Soul Self Help Insights” enlightened spirituality, social wellness and vibratory stress relief newsletter but it bears repeating.

October is a wonderful month for you to completely let go in your consciousness anything and everything that does not fit your preferred picture of reality.

If something has been causing you anxiety, stress and lack of inner alignment, take the plunge and let it go.

October is the month of clearing and releasing and allowing the new to coalesce and find expression within you and through you.

This means that if you have been wanting to strike out on your own to do something meaningful, this is the time to do that. If you have been looking at relationships...
